PayPal is the preferred method for orders from outside the UK.
As we do not want to over or undercharge on airmail to international destinations, shipping cost have to be added manually.
To avoid confusion we don't have a direct click through to PAY PAL checkout. Sorry about this.
But if you select the PAY UPFRONT method or email us in advance, we provide you with details how to make a 
payment.
