Royal Mail 1st class service does not always accept items of a certain size (60cm and longer). If your item is too long it will have to be shipped using Fed Ex. We will notify you how we ship and if there is a surcharge on your order status and usually by separate eMail. If you want a next day service for longer/larger items (kite dimensions usually give an indication on package size) please use Fed Ex Next Day. There are no size restrictions.
For Fed Ex deliveries please make sure someone is in during daytime (up to 5pm) or specify an alternative delivery address (neighbour or work).
For Royal Mail Recorded a signature is also required on delivery.
If you are not in: FedEx or Royal Mail should leave a card with instructions and attempt another delivery the next day unless you can leave signed instructions best where to leave the parcel (i.e. in shed, with neighbours etc.). We can also leave instructions on the label, but we can't be sure if they will be followed.
